What are your rates?
Our rates vary from $60 - $80 depending on frequency, location, volume and time of day/week. Back

Can we expect any additional charges or fees?
No. Everything is included in our fee. Back

What areas do you serve?
We are based in Orange County and serve both Los Angeles County and Orange County. Back

How long are the massages?
That depends on the program. Typically our massage programs are scheduled for each individual’s choice of 15 or 30 minutes. Health Fairs and Special Events where people are waiting in line can be set up anywhere from 5, 10 or 15-minute depending on the event time frame and the number of people expected to participate. How much lead time do you require to book an event or program?
Typically we like to have at least one week of advanced notice but if you’re in a pinch we have been known to work wonders. Just give us a call! Back

How much space do you need?
A small 5’ X 6’ area is all that is needed. We can easily set up in any area that suits your needs. Conference rooms and/or available office space are most commonly used. Back

What are our payment options?
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and corporate checks for company-sponsored programs. Terms may be provided for repeat customers. Cash, credit card and personal checks are accepted for all employee-paid programs at the time of service. Back

Can we add gratuity?
Gratuity is not included and is never expected by our therapists. Should you choose to show your therapist appreciation for outstanding service, a 10% - 20% gratuity is customary. Back

Do you offer gift certificates?
Instant gift certificates can be purchased directly from our website.  Once purchased certificates can be printed for your personal delivery, or emailed to your recipient. Back

What is your cancellation policy for corporate events and programs?
Cancellations made outside of 72 hours prior to our scheduled visit will be eligible for a 75% deposit refund. Cancellations 24 - 48 hours prior to our scheduled visit are eligible for a 50% deposit refund. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit. Back

Do you have liability insurance?
Every one of our therapists carries professional liability insurance. Stress Less is happy to provide documentation and/or details. We may also work with your additional property requirements upon request. Back

Do you work with other health practitioners?
Along with our team of professional massage therapists Stress Less works with many other licensed health and beauty experts such as Estheticians, Yoga Instructors, Energy Workers and Fitness Instructors. Back

How do I schedule my individual appointment online?
It’s easy! If your company is utilizing our online scheduling system and you haven’t already registered your account online log on to http://www.stressingless.com and select “schedule an appointment” to access our log-in page. Set up your account. Once registered you will log into your account and select the desired day and appointment time from the scheduling grid and choose your payment option. You know that your appointment is set when you receive your confirmation email! Back

How can I see the individual appointments that I have scheduled online?
If your company is utilizing our online scheduling system it’s easy! From http://www.stressingless.com select “schedule an appointment” to access the log in page. Log in to your account to see a list of the appointments that you have scheduled. Back

How do I cancel an individual appointment that I scheduled online?
You can easily view and cancel your appointment(s) by logging in to your account online and selecting the “cancel” option next to the appointment you wish to cancel. You will receive a confirmation email that the appointment has been canceled. Back

What is your cancellation policy for individual online appointments?
Please allow a minimum 1-HOUR notice for cancellations. If you do not show up for your appointment and you did not cancel we will consider you a "no-show" and you will be responsible for the full amount of your appointment. Back
